MBR Magazine article March 2018
It's always exciting to see your own words in print, and so finding the story I wrote about a trip last October, in this month's MBR Magazine has been a good way to start the week!
In a change from our usual riding areas, and in search of a few days of slowing down and recovering from a busy Summer, Rachael Walker and I headed down to the South West.
We used a heritage steam train to hop on and off and explore different woodland trails, and found it to be the perfect way to remember that riding bikes can be the best way to step off the crazy treadmill that is modern life, and that slowing down and simply riding bikes with no agenda other than having fun is good for the soul!
You can pick up a copy of the magazine from most newsagents over the next month if you fancy a read or even just to enjoy Roo Fowler's great photos.
There's also a blog on the Juliana Bicycles website with some more words and photos from the trip too!
This morning I'm daydreaming about that trip, and the fact that spring is on it's way and it'll soon be the best time of year for riding bikes again! Whoop!
